A full-refund claim based on a tuning error requires verified evidence, not an assumption. Correctable JRJ errors are addressed through correction; a verified JRJ error or failure that prevents provision of the purchased service and cannot be corrected qualifies for a full affected-service refund without the $169.99 fee.
