How Your Tune File Order Works

  1. Purchase your tune file.
  2. After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your secure JRJ Tune Portal upload link.
  3. Open the portal and upload your stock read file, vehicle details, and any logs if available.
  4. Your order will be reviewed and built through the portal.
  5. When your tune file is finished, you’ll receive an email alert with download instructions.

No need to email files manually — everything is handled through your customer upload portal.

How It Works - Read File Required

  • After purchase, email your factory read file to tunes@jrjonesracing.com
  • Include your order number and full mod list - cam, injectors, headers, intake, converter, gear ratio, tire size, DOD/AFM delete parts, and anything else relevant
  • Your file is built from your stock read file so it matches your vehicle and operating system
  • Most tune files are returned quickly, but revised files may take up to 24 hours depending on workload
  • You receive your tuned file by email, ready to flash with HP Tuners or EFI Live

Flashing & Safety Notice

Flashing your PCM/ECM can be dangerous if not done properly. Follow these steps to help avoid PCM or ECU damage:

  • Never flash over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi - always use a hard-wired connection
  • Connect a battery charger to maintain stable voltage during the write process
  • Do not interrupt the flashing process once writing has started

J.R. Jones Automotive & Performance is not liable for any PCM or ECU damage caused by improper flashing, unstable voltage, incorrect file use, or unsafe tuning practices.
