Authorized legacy HPT file access-recovery service.

JR Jones Racing will attempt to remove supported legacy HPT file protection when the buyer owns the file or has explicit authorization from its owner.

Required authorization

• The buyer must own the file or have explicit permission from the rights holder.
• Send the original unmodified protected HPT file.
• Every file is reviewed individually.

Important limitations

This service is limited to supported legacy protection. Newer or unsupported formats may not be recoverable, and success is not guaranteed. The $99.99 price does not include tuning changes, conversion, compatibility repair, flashing support, revisions, or Tune Portal access.

After checkout

Email the original file and Shopify order number to Tunes@jrjonesracing.com. Unauthorized third-party files or files without clear permission will be refused.
