Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

Downloadable .HPT Files

Downloadable .HPT tune files are digital products. No physical item is shipped for downloadable tune files. After purchase, digital files are delivered through the existing Shopify Digital Downloads process, such as the order confirmation, a download link, or a delivery email.

Custom and Base Tune Services

Custom Tune and Base Tune services are delivered digitally through the existing customer Tune Portal or by email, as applicable to the order. No physical tune file is shipped.

Physical Products

Physical products, when available, are shipped using the carrier-calculated services configured in Shopify. Current domestic services in the General shipping profile are FedEx Home Delivery and UPS Ground. Current international services are DHL Express Worldwide, USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS Priority Mail Express International.

Available services, rates, and calculated transit times depend on the order and destination and are shown at checkout. This policy does not promise a fixed shipping rate, handling time, warehouse, or guaranteed delivery date.
