How It Works — HP Tuners File Required
- After purchase, email your HP Tuners factory read file to tunes@jrjonesracing.com
- Include your order number and full mod list — cam, injectors, headers, intake, converter, etc.
- We typically reply within minutes — revised files may take up to 24 hours depending on workload
- You receive your tuned file by email, ready to flash
⚠️ Flashing & Safety Notice
Flashing your PCM can be dangerous if not done properly. Follow these steps to prevent bricking your PCM:
- Never flash over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi — always use a hard-wired connection
- Connect a battery charger to maintain stable voltage during the write process
- Do not interrupt the process once writing has begun
