2009-2012 RAM HEMI 5.7L / 6.4L Custom Remote Tune
This custom remote tune is built for 2009-2012 RAM HEMI truck platforms running the 5.7L or 6.4L HEMI engine family.
If your truck is stock, bolt-on, or running an aftermarket HEMI cam, this tune will work for you. Send your factory read file and full mod list, and we will build the tune around your exact setup.
This is not a generic pre-written file. Your tune is built around your factory read file, operating system, engine size, transmission, cam setup, MDS/VVT setup, and full modification list. We tune, test, log, revise, and communicate until the truck is right.
Built For 2009-2012 HEMI Truck Setups
These RAM HEMI trucks respond great to a proper calibration, but the tune matters. A stock, bolt-on, or cammed 5.7L / 6.4L HEMI needs the airflow, fueling, spark, idle control, torque management, and transmission behavior tuned so it starts clean, idles right, drives smooth, and pulls the way it should.

What We Need From You
- Upload your HP Tuners factory read file through the JRJ tune portal after checkout
- Include your order number
- Include year, make, model, engine size, and transmission
- List your cam, headers, intake, injectors, converter, gear ratio, tire size, and exhaust
- Send your cam card or cam specs if available
- Tell us any current issues: stalling, surging, rich idle, lean codes, shift problems, etc.

Performance & Build Responsibility Notice
This is a performance tune designed for RAM HEMI trucks running stock, bolt-on, or camshaft-supported combinations.
You are responsible for making sure your build quality is up to par before flashing or running this tune. Your engine, valvetrain, fuel system, drivetrain, wiring, sensors, injectors, exhaust, and all supporting parts must be correctly installed, mechanically sound, and capable of handling increased performance.
Poor installation, worn parts, incorrect valve spring setup, wrong pushrod length, weak fuel supply, vacuum leaks, exhaust leaks, bad sensors, or unsafe mechanical condition can cause drivability issues or engine damage that no tune can fix.
J.R. Jones Automotive & Performance is not liable for engine failure, drivetrain damage, PCM/ECU damage, or any issue caused by poor build quality, improper installation, unsafe flashing practices, incorrect customer-supplied information, or misuse of this tune.
Secure Flashing Reminder
Always flash using a hard-wired USB connection. Do not flash over weak Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, unstable power, or while the vehicle battery is low.
Use a battery charger or maintainer during the write process. Do not interrupt the flash once writing has started.
Customer is responsible for having the proper tuning hardware, software, licensing, and stable equipment needed to read and flash the vehicle.
