About This Product
Hellcat Supercharger Tune Add-On
This custom remote tuning add-on is designed for customers installing a Hellcat supercharger on a naturally aspirated Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM HEMI engine. Common applications include adding a Hellcat blower to a 5.7L HEMI, 6.1L HEMI, or 6.4L HEMI that was not originally equipped with a supercharger.
Your calibration will be built around your actual engine, Hellcat blower, pulley size, boost level, injectors, fuel system, MAP sensors, throttle body, camshaft, transmission, fuel type, and complete modification list using supported HP Tuners controllers.
This Is a Tune Add-On
The Hellcat Supercharger Tune Add-On is not a complete standalone tune by itself. It must be purchased with the correct Custom Remote Tune for your Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM.
Select this option when converting a naturally aspirated HEMI to a Hellcat supercharger setup. If the engine also has an aftermarket camshaft, select the correct camshaft tuning option in addition to this Hellcat blower add-on.
Built Specifically for Hellcat Supercharger Conversions
Installing a Hellcat supercharger on an engine that was originally naturally aspirated requires much more than adding fuel at wide-open throttle. The calibration must be configured for the increased airflow, boost pressure, injector flow, MAP sensor range, throttle behavior, torque output, engine protection, transmission load, and fuel system.

PCM Unlock Notice
Many newer Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles require an unlocked PCM before they can be tuned with HP Tuners. Purchasing this tuning add-on does not automatically include PCM unlocking, bypass hardware, HP Tuners credits, or vehicle licensing.
Confirm that your PCM is unlocked and supported before purchasing or contact Jason with your vehicle year, model, engine, and PCM information.
Forced-Induction Responsibility Notice
This is a performance calibration service for supported Hellcat supercharger conversions. You are responsible for ensuring your engine, fuel system, injectors, fuel pump, MAP sensors, intercooler system, belt drive, transmission, cooling system, spark plugs, wiring, sensors, and supporting components are properly installed and capable of safely supporting your intended boost and power level.
Tuning cannot correct mechanical failure, inadequate fuel supply, incorrect injector information, boost leaks, belt slip, excessive intake-air temperature, overheating, poor wiring, failed sensors, or improper installation.
J.R. Jones Racing is not liable for engine failure, transmission damage, drivetrain damage, PCM or TCM damage, failed flashing, incorrect customer-supplied information, inadequate supporting modifications, unsafe operation, or mechanical problems that existed before or during tuning.
Boosted Datalog Safety Notice
Do not perform wide-open-throttle or full-boost testing until specifically instructed. Initial datalogs are used to verify startup, idle, fuel trims, sensor operation, commanded fueling, fuel pressure, and basic drivability before higher-load testing begins.
All boosted testing must be performed in a safe and controlled environment. A chassis dyno is strongly recommended for higher-power combinations.
Secure Flashing Reminder
Always read and flash the PCM or TCM using a stable wired connection, proper HP Tuners software, and a battery charger or maintainer. Do not flash with low battery voltage, unstable laptop power, weak USB connections, or unsafe vehicle wiring.
The customer is responsible for having the correct HP Tuners hardware, software, credits, vehicle licensing, unlocked controller, bypass hardware, and stable equipment required to read, flash, and datalog the vehicle.
