This is a complete DOD/AFM delete cam swap and OEM-based engine refresh kit built for 2007–2013 Gen IV LS 5.3L and 6.0L trucks.
Every component in this kit is OEM GM or OEM-equivalent quality — including lifters, non-DOD valley cover parts, gaskets, seals, timing components, oil system parts, sensors, and hardware — with the only performance upgrade being the Texas Speed NSR camshaft.
This kit does more than turn off AFM in the tune. It removes the failure-prone DOD hardware and refreshes the critical engine components already exposed during the job for long-term reliability, proper sealing, and consistent performance.
