This is a complete AFM/DOD delete cam swap and OEM-based engine refresh kit built for 2014–2018 Gen V EcoTec3 5.3L and 6.2L trucks.
Every component in this kit is OEM GM or OEM-equivalent quality — including gaskets, seals, oil system parts, timing components, fuel system hardware, valvetrain components, and Gen V-specific hardware — with the only performance upgrade being the Texas Speed Chopacabra camshaft.
This kit does more than remove AFM. It helps control VVT, supports the Gen V direct injection system, and refreshes the critical engine components already exposed during the job for long-term reliability, proper sealing, and consistent performance.
